We are a growing farming operation that is diversified and need a leader to help us with that growth. This person needs to have positive leadership skills and be a self-starter with strong communication skills. Years of equipment operating and understanding implements is a must. Mechanical and maintenance abilities are important to this operation. Assist in supervising and correcting all processes in planting, weed control, pest control, fertilizations, irrigation, monitoring and miscellaneous activities. Looking for someone willing to be hands on while mentoring team members. Background in specialty crops/ produce is a bonus, but not required. This position will report directly to the farm owner.
