Good Life Farms in Bentonville is looking for a full-time Greenhouse Associate who will work in an aeroponic greenhouse cultivating fresh lettuce and other greens. The associate will take part in all phases of the growing process including starting seeds, transplanting seedlings and harvesting mature plants. The associate will also assist in cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining the equipment and facility.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good teamwork skills
- Efficient multi-tasking skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move 30 lbs.
- Constantly repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Occasionally ascending or descending ladders, stairs, stools and the like.
